My husband and I are PCSing from Hawaii to North Carolina so our interactions with Sean were long distance. At first, we were worried about buying a home and working with a realtor we have never met in person. Especially with picking a realtor long distance, we wanted to pick someone who would not only help us but also have good intentions of not rushing us into buying a home. But Sean, was more than just a realtor in my opinion. When we were working with him it felt like we were his only client. He paid attention to what we wanted as a client, he provided lots of resources for us to do our research on homes. Not ONCE did he ever go silent on us, all of our questions/concerns that we had he answered them all and more. Even with the time difference of us being in Hawaii, he was always responsive. As a client, I really enjoyed the fact Sean made our concerns feel important and not invalid. Getting into contract with a home during inflation was tough, but Sean fought for us and represented us to the sellers and their agents which helped us win our home!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND. It’s so tough to find real genuine people who actually do care. It didn’t feel like it was strictly business when it came to working with Sean. The time he invested in us as a client is something I’m eternally grateful for. I would 100% work with Sean again if I had to do the process again & will refer him to our family/friends for those buying in the are.
